Hyatt Place Detroit/Auburn Hills

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Pool was the right temperature and the room was warm. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The glass glasses were a nice touch. Lighting was more than ample.

Room was comfortable, could have been a little cleaner (found flies in the window sills, sparkles on the floor and an artifical fingernail in the couch). Pool was warm and fun for the kids. Breakfast was very good, well stocked and hot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a nice stay.

The staff that greeted us were absolutely amazing! Both elevators were out of order and the service guys couldn't come until the next day. They had short staff also. The girls were under alot of stress and handled it with grace and efficiency. We will go back for sure! Beds were very comfortable, and the room was super clean. Very glad we stayed here and we will book again. The staff who helped us was Shquila, Breanna and Lasharia! All deserve praise 👏

Great location, easy access to the highway.Excellent staff, very engaging, and polite. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of choices and ample seating.

Pool big clean rooms and breakfast in the morning I especially liked it going until 10 a lot of rooms stop their breakfast early and my kids are never up in time to enjoy it but they liked it
